Step 1
Email Karafé for a Quote
Let us know the word count of your text and we will email you a quote detailing the price of our copyediting services centered on your specific needs.
Step 2
Send Your Writing to Karafé
If you decide that Karafé’s copyediting service and pricing is right for you, send your text to us via email as an attached Word Document and we will begin the editing process as soon as possible.
Karafé will provide comments on your work via the Track Changes tool in Microsoft Word.
Step 3
Submit Payment for Our Service
Before receiving your revised text, Karafé asks that you submit the full payment for the service provided.
Payment is accepted via PayPal or Cash App for all Karafé services.
Step 4
Receive Your Edited Work!
Once payment has been submitted, Karafé will return your edited text with comments, explanations of changes, and suggestions for further improvement of your text.

Do you take rushed or last-minute requests?
Yes, Karafé can accept last-minute requests (less than one-week turn-around time per 5,000 words) at a rush-rate of $0.05 per word.
